About Our Company
Transasia Property Management Sdn. Bhd. (TAPM), a subsidiary of Transasia Property Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. established in 2006, is a licensed property management company registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (LPPEH) under registration No. PM (1) 0188. TAPM specializes in professional property management and maintenance of public and private strata housing schemes, as well as high-rise residential and commercial buildings across Malaysia.
